# Cannot install or update Acki Nacki Wallet from Google Play

If you cannot install or update **Acki Nacki Wallet** from Google Play and see the **“Can’t install Acki Nacki Wallet”** message, try the steps below.

### **If the wallet was previously installed from an APK**

The APK version may have been signed with a different key than the version available on Google Play. In this case, Google Play may be unable to update the existing installation.

Before uninstalling the wallet, make sure your **seed phrase is safely backed up** and that you can restore access to your wallet.

Uninstalling the app removes its local data.

1. Uninstall the existing **Acki Nacki Wallet** app.
2. Install **Acki Nacki Wallet** again from Google Play.
3. Restore your wallet using your seed phrase.

### **If the wallet was installed from Google Play**

Check the following:

* Make sure your device has enough free storage space.
* Make sure your internet connection is stable.
* Update Android and Google Play Store to the latest available versions.
* Check whether other apps can be installed or updated from Google Play.
* Restart your device and try again.
